Our senior technicians have worked for more than 15 years in precision machine tooling, and more than 70 percent of our junior technicians have in excess of five years experience in the field.

Charlton maintains a Lot Acceptance Ratio of over 98 percent, due not only to one of the most arduous and demanding quality control processes in the world, but also because of the excellence and loyalty of our team.

  John A.Charlton Sr.
President
John joined Charlton in 1963 with an Electronic & Mechanical Engineering background and became president in 1973. His primary role is determining and managing the future direction of the companies.
Additionally, John is deeply involved in initial customer contact and is dedicated to helping clients develop the right marketing strategies to successfully move their products forward.
Angela Charlton
Chief Financial Officer
Angela has been with the company for over 20 years and manages the financial concerns of Charlton Technologies & amalgamated businesses.
  John C. Charlton Jr.
Vice President
With a background in Business Administration, John joined the company in 1994 as a machinist and later became the Director of Operations. In 2009, he was promoted to Vice President and now leads Charlton’s international Sales & Marketing team.
John is highly focused on customer service and satisfaction, and is committed to building long-term relationships with Charlton clients while ensuring the delivery of superior products and services.
  Tibor Nyerges
Chief Production Engineer
Tibor has been part of the Charlton team for twenty years, beginning with a background in CNC,CAD/CAM Programming, as a PLC Control Technician and later becoming a Production Engineer. His role evolved to include Tool and Machine Design and Manufacturing Process Development.
In 2008, Tibor became the company’s Chief Production Engineer and is dedicated to leading the Charlton team in providing well designed, efficiently produced products.
  Mark Hirsch
Quality Manager
With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Machining, Mark has been part of the Charlton Team since 1989.
As Quality Manager, Mark is personally in all aspects of Quality at CTI, including operating and programming our CMM.
Mark is committed to quickly addressing any client’s quality concerns and looks forward to working with your company.
  Leigh-Anne Legault
Office Manager
As the newest addition to the Charlton Management team, Leigh-Anne became the Office Manager in early 2010. She is responsible for the company’s bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, payroll, human resources and the day to day running of the office.
As well, Leigh-Anne is the primary link between the company’s employees and management on health and safety issues, and facilitates employees’ production suggestions to ensure our customers are entirely satisfied with Charlton’s processes and products.
  Sonja Belfiglio
Office Administrator
With more than 10 years on the Charlton team, Sonja is the primary point of client contact. She is responsible for liaising customers, suppliers, and the shipping department as well as facilitating order entry and processing.
Sonja takes customer comments, questions and concerns very seriously and works to immediately address them or direct clients to the appropriate person or department.
  Anita Dancuo
Logistics Manager
Anita manages all aspects of Charlton’s production processes that involve connecting a variety of parties including suppliers and to ensure customer satisfaction.
